Broadly, this dream tends to suggest the barriers on the roads leading to success being lifted, letting you make major progress, living a very comfortable, peaceful, beautiful lifetime, becoming someone loved, respected, and valued by everyone and building a career and opening your own business.
Past blockages could play tricks on you today.
Traditionally, having a dream about stretching rubber bands represents bringing down a faithless person who harms others, good harmony with people, grudges and hostility dissolving with those at odds, reaching relief and stepping into the light, finding blessed opportunities and feeling enthusiasm, joy, and happiness.
A gentle note: no matter how much they insist, don’t let them convince you.
Dream Oracle indicates that the dream about stretching rubber bands may be linked to those defending you in an argument rejoicing, greater yield in your vineyard and garden if you work in farming, doing very auspicious deeds and gaining great profits, defeating those who try to sabotage your work and belittle your success, making up your losses, entering a period free of hardship, worry, and distress, returning from a journey with good agreements and contributing financially to your family.

An event, an object, a place, a person... each one has its own interpretation. Read the symbols one by one, but keep in mind the feeling each one left you with. In the end, that one feeling that remains is the dream’s true interpretation.
If It Still Won’t Settle
You have read the symbols, and a feeling has stayed with you. If you can tell whether that feeling is a good sign or a bad one, then you have already interpreted your dream yourself.
But if it came to you tangled, if the pieces will not come together, or if a doubt has settled in, write your dream below, just as it was. Dream Oracle will interpret it for you; your prayers are thanks enough.
