Generally, such a dream can refer to carrying out your work successfully, your peace and cheer returning, always taking on work that draws you toward new beginnings, being open and honest about your feelings and thoughts with others and rushing to each other’s aid in hard times and a friendship lasting many long years.
The proximity of the weekend will cause you to be particularly joyful and happy today.
Traditionally, a dream about preparing for open heart surgery is an indication of rich fortune in trade and earnings, witnessing the emergence of very auspicious events and developments, a health-related problem being put right, holding your beloved tight and never letting go for life, unexpectedly helping with a very good piece of work, gaining the upper hand over those who want to ruin your work.
One helpful suggestion: don’t be influenced by some of your friends.
From Dream Oracle’s perspective, having a dream about preparing for open heart surgery could suggest living within family life in unity and togetherness, taking more steps to improve yourself and your work, escaping a negative situation thanks to helpers, carrying out very good work and projects, seeing affairs open up thanks to your parents’ blessings, your troubles and hardship finally ending.

An event, an object, a place, a person... each one has its own interpretation. Read the symbols one by one, but keep in mind the feeling each one left you with. In the end, that one feeling that remains is the dream’s true interpretation.
If It Still Won’t Settle
You have read the symbols, and a feeling has stayed with you. If you can tell whether that feeling is a good sign or a bad one, then you have already interpreted your dream yourself.
But if it came to you tangled, if the pieces will not come together, or if a doubt has settled in, write your dream below, just as it was. Dream Oracle will interpret it for you; your prayers are thanks enough.
