In general, this dream tends to suggest repenting and living by ıslamic principles, feeling happy to see many people around you when you are in a tight spot, getting free of debt thanks to loved ones, experiencing great happiness in what you undertake and finding solutions to your material and spiritual problems.
Today will be a somewhat negative day in terms of health.
As a classic reading goes, a dream about twisted hands can mean returning from a trip with good news, achieving blessed earnings through major efforts, discussing important matters with family and reaching a decision, earning profits far beyond what you expect.
A simple guideline: it is important that you listen well and don’t say anything to anyone.
Dream Oracle’s analysis: Twisted hands in your dream may refer to becoming loved, respected, and listened to, and entering a comfortable, peaceful period, ending sibling disputes and removing those trying to set spouses against each other, relief for those who have long struggled financially at work, meeting good days, with projects opening new blessed doors and problems ending soon, canceling some major problem-causing efforts and gaining even greater profit by focusing on the others, your efforts progressing in a blessed, fruitful way.

An event, an object, a place, a person... each one has its own interpretation. Read the symbols one by one, but keep in mind the feeling each one left you with. In the end, that one feeling that remains is the dream’s true interpretation.
If It Still Won’t Settle
You have read the symbols, and a feeling has stayed with you. If you can tell whether that feeling is a good sign or a bad one, then you have already interpreted your dream yourself.
But if it came to you tangled, if the pieces will not come together, or if a doubt has settled in, write your dream below, just as it was. Dream Oracle will interpret it for you; your prayers are thanks enough.
